Alley BBQ Restaurant is located at #250-7997 Westminster Hwy., Richmond, BC V6X 1A4.  We are currently looking for permanent, full time Cooks. If you are interested, please submit your resume by mail or e-mail

Position: Cook

Wages: CAD$16.00/hour

Types: Full-time, Permanent

Working hours: 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week

Benefits:  4% of vacation pay, Free meals during working hours, Tips

Job Duties:

-Prepare and cook our menus including various Steaks (beef, pork, lamb and chicken), Seafood (scallop, lobster tails, salmon), Vegetable menus, Hot food menus (various donburis, Ochatsukes, etc), Soups, Appetizers, and other items on the menu;
-Maintain inventory and records of food;
-Train kitchen staff;

-Oversea kitchen operation.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience
• Completion of secondary school
