Housekeeping supervisor

0982071 BC Ltd. dba Holiday Inn Express and Suites Terrace in Thornhill, BC is looking for a full-time, permanent housekeeping supervisor.

Job Title: Housekeeping supervisor

Employment Term: Full-time (35-40 hours per week), Permanent

Hourly Wage: $ 23.50 per hour

Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% vacation pay

List of Responsibilities:

–       Establish work schedules and keep financial records

–       Inspect areas and ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met

–       Assign the duties to housekeeping staff and train housekeeping staff

–       Monitor and maintain stock of supplies, cleaning tools/supplies, linen and uniforms

–       Resolve work-related issues and guests’ complaints regarding housekeeping

Job Requirement:

–       Completion of secondary school required

–       Min. 2 years of relevant work experience required
