1. Job Description:
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Answer electronic enquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Compile data, statistics and other information
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars orconferences
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
2. Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Manage time efficiently in order to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills, able to multitask and attention to details
