
Kanpai Izakaya
Wage: $21.47 per hour
Term of employment: Full-time and Permanent 30-40h/week
Available Position: 1 Project manager

Benefit: 4% of Vacation pay
Job duties:
1. Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
2. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
3. Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
4. Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, maintenance and security services
5. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
6. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
7. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirement:
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Education: Completion of Secondary (High) School
Language: Communication Skills in English
