MBIC Immigration Services Ltd.

We are regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), registered and licensed members of the ICCRC (Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council). We specialize in all types of immigration cases, including applications for permanent residence such as skilled workers, entrepreneurs, investors, and family sponsorship’s; applications for temporary residence including work permits, student visas, and visitor visas; other visa applications, and citizenship applications. We are currently looking for 2 office administrative assistants to join our team.

Salary:  $25.00 to $27.00 per hour

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time ( 35 to 40 hours/week)

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, Determine and establish office procedures and routines, Schedule and confirm appointments, Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, Answer electronic enquiries, Compile data, statistics and other information, Order office supplies and maintain inventory, Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations, Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information, Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

 

Job duties:

Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Schedule and confirm appointments
Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas

Answer electronic enquiries
