Job Position:  Cook

Job Description:

–         Prepare and cook foods on the menu

–         Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality

–         Monitor and keep track of food stock and kitchen supplies

–         Maintain work area clean and neat

–         Estimate food cost and requirements

–         Train other kitchen staff

Job Requirement:

–         Completion of secondary school is required.

–         1-2 years of commercial cooking experience are required.

Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent

Wage:  $13.00 per hour

Benefit:  4% of salary as vacation pay or 10 days of paid vacation
