· Job duties:
o Supervising the training of workers on safety procedures and company policies
o Scheduling and dispatching transportation crews and routes and overseeing and coordinating the work of these crews
o Monitoring and maintaining records of inventory
o Liaising with suppliers, support services, and administration for inventory and billing control
o Implementing new technology solutions for customers and co-workers
o Monitoring and maintaining records pertaining to equipment and driver compliance
o Preparing and submitting progress and other reports on work related issues
o Developing and implementing relevant computerized control and record systems
o Ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities for transportation operations in several Canadian jurisdictions
o Operating a motor vehicle with a class 5 licence
· Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time
· The language of work: English
· Wage: $25/hr with a 3% raise after 12 months

· Skills requirements:
o Good communication skills in English
o Strong organizational skills
o The ability to work as a member of a team and also independently
o Strong computer and AI skills (familiarity with Windows 98-10, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio), C++, Java , Python is preferred but not required
o Readiness and ability to work outside in minus 40C and colder temperatures
o Valid Class 5 driver’s licence is preferred but not required
o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Required education:
o Completion of secondary school is preferred but not required
o Post secondary education pertaining to business administration is preferred but not required
· Required work experience:
o 18 months of related work experience is required.
o With warehousing, inventory control and supply chain processes
