o   Responsible for overseeing the dining room.

o   Manage food and beverage service and the quality of the experience for guests.

o   Manage the duties of all staff assigned to floor.

o   Ensure staff members comply with safe and sanitary food and beverage handling and serving.

o   Monitor and control the maintenance and sanitation of the restaurant and equipment.

o   Enforce all company alcohol service policies and procedures and ensure that staff members adhere to them.

o   Manage closing duties with deposits and labour.

o   In charge of balancing out the end of the night with sales.

o   Key holder for the restaurant.

o   Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses.

o   Track stock levels of inventory: food and supplies, and forecast needs.


·         Terms of employment: Permanent and full-time (2 positions)

·         Wage: CAD $19.23 per hour for 35 hours per week
