Skyway Brands Regina Inc. is now hiring a Kitchen Supervisor to fulfill its busy location, and the second busiest airport in Saskatchewan.
We are looking for great and experienced Kitchen Supervisor for Brioche Doree, Skyway Grill & Bar, and Tim Hortons.

1. Job Description

·      Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

·      Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres

·      Establish methods to meet work schedules

·      Estimate and order ingredients and supplies

·      Maintain records of stock, repairs, and wastage

·      Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

·      Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

·      Ensure that food meets quality control standards

2. Requirements

·      Completion of Secondary School

·      1-2 years of relevant work experience

·      Excellent oral communication skills (English proficiency)

·      Effective interpersonal skills, flexibility and team player

·      Work under pressure

3.Job Details

·      Location: YQR – Regina International Airport (post/ pre security)

·      Terms of employment: Full-time / Permanent

·      Start date: ASAP

·      Salary: $14.10 per hour
