Specialty Bakery has been a locally owned and operated bakery in the Okanagan Valley since 1983. We are currently accepting applications for a Full Time Baker to join our team.
- Job Duties
- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
- Bake mixed dough and batters
- Prepare special orders
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
- Draw up production schedules
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas
- Operate machinery

Salary: $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Permanent employment, Full time 40 hours per week
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 Months to less than 1 year
Starting date: As soon as possible
