Hiring a butcher


– Completion of secondary school is required.

– Completion of a college or other meat cutting training program, or several years (2 ~ 3 years) of meat cutting related experience is required.

– On-the-job training (cutting skills for Korean fried chicken) will be provided for the butcher position.

– English is required for this position.


Main duties:

– Cut, trim, debone and otherwise prepare standard cuts of poultry for sale according to customers’ orders

– Shape and wrap prepared poultry

– Manage inventory, keep records of sales and determine amount, product line and freshness of poultry according to company standards and customer requirements

– Ensure food storage conditions are adequate


Working conditions and Benefits:

– 40 working hours per week (Full-time & Permanent position), Wage: $18.00/hr, 10days paid vacation or 4% of vacation fee
