Position: Retail Store Supervisor
Wages: CAD$21.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate staff;
- Assign staff to duties and set work schedules and shifts;
- Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise;
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock;
- Keep sales records for inventory control and prepare ;
- Order merchandise low in stock;
- Handle customer complaints, questions and other issues;
- Train staff and monitor work performance;
- Monitor displays, signage and general appearance of stores and ensure products are in clean conditions;
Job Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience
